By the time you read this, the painting of our sanctuary will be underway! The Vestry voted to hire Mario’s Painting Contractors to begin this long-overdue project. The altar wall will be painted a soft gold, along with the arched doorways on the side wall . The side and back walls will be painted a soft white. It will look clean, fresh and vibrant!
Now, we all know that painting can be an expensive proposition—and this project is no exception. For wall repairs, a coat of primer, and two coats of paint plus scaffolding, the church will spend $7,400 on this project. For this reason, we will have a “Paint Fund” drive for the next eight weeks. Please drop your donations in the decorated paint can on Sunday mornings. No donation will be considered too large or too small. If you decide to donate money in the form of a check, please make it payable to All Saints Church and write “paint fund” in the memo. Donations can also be mailed to the address below.
